If you get the PTS message saying "You can only have one PTS window running at a time" and you do not see a PTS window open.

Sometimes Internet Explorer does not close completely and will be running in the background, invisible to you.

A quick and easy way to resolve this issue is to click the link below. It will close any and all Internet Explorer windows your computer has open, including this one. You will then be able to log into PTS successfully.

Please make sure that you want to close ALL internet browser windows that are open on your computer before clicking the link below.

After clicking the link follow the prompts to Open the file then Run the file.
